Jessica D. Zuniga is a principal of Foundation Development Group. Active in advocacy for affordable housing, Ms. Zuniga is a Board Member of the Maryland Affordable Housing Coalition and chairs the Legislative Committee, and is also a Board Member of the Anne Arundel Affordable Housing Coalition and Bridges for Housing Stability, a Howard County-based non-profit. Prior to her current role at Foundation Development Group, Ms. Zuniga was Vice President of Development for Conifer Realty, LLC, a Rochester, New York-based nationally-ranked affordable housing development, management, and construction company. Ms. Zuniga was responsible for leading operations in the Maryland Regional Corporate Office.

Foundation Development Group will continue to focus on developing multi family, senior, townhome and single family home communities. Their role encompasses all aspects of the development, construction, ownership and asset management process.
