Burgess Mill Station
Located in Ellicott City, Maryland, Burgess Mill was developed in partnership with the Howard County Housing Commission and was a redevelopment which demolished the existing dilapidated public housing and replaced it with the new construction of a mixed income community consisting of 104 luxury market rate apartment homes and 94 affordable apartment homes. The innovative community design and architecture is a model for redevelopment in Howard County.
